warranty registration

Thank you for your purchase of one of our Hijacker Electrical products. All of our new audio based processors (effects pedals, rack mounted processors, general amplification) are covered by a non-transferable limited lifetime warranty granted towards the first original owner for as long as it takes for that product to outlive the consumer.

This warranty covers repairs to components that are subject to consistent user
wear-and-tear including; stomp-switches, toggle-switches, potentiometers, indicator LED’s and lamps, and power terminal audio input and output (and other auxiliary) jacks. This warranty may also cover rare critical component failures in the instance of any component manufacturer defects or recall. This warranty may also cover modifications to upgrade any eligible products obsolete circuit to have it match current product specifications and standards if applicable.

This warranty does not cover any cosmetic repair due to damage caused by the user. This warranty does not cover repair to products damaged due to user error from not powering a product with the directed and correct power supply. Hijacker Electrical maintains the right to sever any warranty and refuse undertaking any repairs to a Hijacker Electrical product if it has been subject to tampering of the circuit or aftermarket modification not performed or authorized by Hijacker Electrical. Hijacker Electrical does not accept returns, offer refunds or make exchanges of our products after purchase. Hijacker Electrical is only responsible for payment of return shipping on any product covered under warranty.

Registration within 6 calendar months of the proof of purchase date is required to activate this warranty. If you have just purchased a new Hijacker Electrical product and would like to take advantage of your limited lifetime warranty, please take a few moments to fill out the following registration form below. An active email, your full complete name, your products name and serial number (usually found in/on instructional itinerary and products internal asset tag), and dated proof of purchase or dated purchase receipt are required for complete registration. You will receive an email from Hijacker Electrical confirming the activation of your limited lifetime warranty for as long as you personally own the registered product. We apologies for the inconvenience as for now, all warranty registrations must be made on an individual product by product basis.

Hijacker Electrical will never sell any personal information provided by the consumer in confidence to Hijacker Electrical to any 3rd party interests for any reason whatsoever.
